Everything is printed to order, so a parcel starts existing when you buy it. That means two clocks, not one: the time it takes to make, and the time it takes to travel.
★ Making
Two to five working days, in a print house near you rather than one central warehouse. Large orders and busy weeks sit at the longer end.
★ Travelling
Domestic parcels typically arrive within a week of dispatch; international ones take longer, and customs takes as long as customs takes. You get a tracking number by email the moment a parcel ships.
★ Where we ship
Twenty-seven markets across North America, Europe, the Gulf and the Asia-Pacific. If your country appears at checkout, we ship there, and you will see the exact cost in your own currency before you pay. Rates are flat per item.
★ Duties and taxes
Because wares are printed close to you, most orders never cross a border. Where one does, any import duty or tax is the recipient's to pay and is not included in what you paid us.
★ If something goes missing
If tracking stalls or a parcel arrives damaged, write to shop@bexstarunion.com with your order number. A lost or damaged parcel is our problem to solve, not yours — see the returns policy for how that works.
