Every ware here is printed to order, one at a time. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting for you, which is what keeps the catalogue honest — and it shapes how returns work.
★ If we got it wrong
Misprinted, damaged in transit, or simply not the item you ordered: tell us within 30 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you in full, whichever you prefer. Send a photo of the problem to shop@bexstarunion.com with your order number. Keep the item — there is nothing to send back and nothing to pay.
★ If you changed your mind
You have 14 days from delivery to tell us you want to return something. Write to shop@bexstarunion.com with your order number and we will send return instructions.
- The item has to come back unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with any tags still on it.
- Return postage is yours to cover. We cannot reprint a returned ware for someone else, so we cannot absorb it.
- Once it arrives we refund the full purchase price to the original payment method, usually within five working days.
- Original shipping is not refunded — it was already spent getting the parcel to you.
★ Sizing
Wrong size counts as changing your mind, so the same 14 days apply. The size chart on each apparel page is the manufacturer's own; measure a shirt you already like and compare before ordering, and you will almost never need this paragraph.
★ Cancelling
Orders go to print quickly. Write to us the moment you want to cancel and we will stop it if it has not started printing. Once it has, the change-of-mind terms above take over.
